Sara starts by listening to your story and watching a feed, then assesses lip movement, tongue lift, extension, cupping and lateral movement, the shape of the palate, jaw movement, reflexes and muscle tone. She also explains the clinically validated assessment tools she uses, and what those tools can and cannot tell us on their own.
